Controlling access to the web from your PC

There are a number of pieces of software that allow you to 'lock down' your PC and restrict what sites users can visit.   This is useful in a number of situations, especially if you are running a conference stand with a PC where you want passers-by to only be able to see your site and have limited or no access to other sites on the web.  Other situations where this may be useful is controlling access by family and employees to the web.
